Its super easy to just scoop each halves out of the cut shell. If the water is boiling, they might leak out. I think I do about 8-10 minutes after the water is boiling and then dump them right into ice water to cool them quickly.<br /><br />It's still a gamble. This is how ...We have chickens and fresh eggs too. This is how I make hard boiled eggs.<br /><br />1. Cover eggs with water in pan. Add lots of salt. <br />2. Boil for 30 min, covered.<br />3. Immediately drain and run under cold water until you can easily touch them and peel them.<br /><br />They (usually) come out pretty good. I had that same frustration until I did the cold water trick.
