OUR PLANS MULTIPLIED

In the beginning, JD adamantly only wanted two children. I thought that four would be perfect. Once we caught God's vision of putting orphans into families, our plan was multiplied by God. We are currently blessed with 12 children; five biological, six adopted and one more waiting in Ethiopia. Our first adoption was from the U.S., the next three were from Liberia, West Africa, and our last two were from Ethiopia. We are supporting our 12th child in Ethiopia after her adoption could not pass court.

The Sights of Durango

We enjoyed the sights of Durango. The mountains and running water are absolutely beautiful.

 


We walked along the river walk and enjoyed the rushing water. Elijah really enjoyed "skipping" rocks.

There are roaming mule deer that are much larger and much tamer than the deer we have in Virginia.


We even met the troll that lives under the bridge, (you know the one that doesn't let the goats cross to the other side?)


( It's possible that the troll may be deleted off this blog, due to the fact that he may not appreciate his debut.)
