OUR PLANS MULTIPLIED

In the beginning, JD adamantly only wanted two children. I thought that four would be perfect. Once we caught God's vision of putting orphans into families, our plan was multiplied by God. We are currently blessed with 12 children; five biological, six adopted and one more waiting in Ethiopia. Our first adoption was from the U.S., the next three were from Liberia, West Africa, and our last two were from Ethiopia. We are supporting our 12th child in Ethiopia after her adoption could not pass court.

A Battle I Seldom Win

This is the HOT SPOT in our home - the place that everything lands when we come in the door. The big problem is that it is our dinner table as well, which adds an additional chore before dinner to clear it.

This is spring cleaning week at my house and I am working on a solution for this problem... and other hot spots.

  1. Oh Jenny, THANK YOU! My dinner table looks very much the same...or worse some days! So glad to see I'm not the only one!

  2. Always a work in progress for all of us.

So nice to read other blogs about families adopting from Liberia...feels like sisterhood {smile}.
