You know you qualify as a big family when there is zero cargo room in your big van once you put your kids in. The last few trips, we were packed so tight that I think we appeared as refugees fleeing our home land. Whenever we would open the side doors at a rest stop, shoes, food and toys routinely rolled out. Well, no more - today we welcomed home the "vacation trailer." Now we will actually have somewhere to put luggage, boogie boards and a cooler, other than our laps, when we head on our trip next month.
Hmmm... That's where we're headed next, I suppose. We really haven't traveled with all the littles yet but if we do that's what we'd need.

and you thought your gas mileage was bad already!!
ReplyDeleteWe have to do this too. We call our enclosed trailer the trunk (like the trunk of a car). I don't know what we'd do without it when traveling or camping. Sometimes even for shopping.
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, I want one! LOL
ReplyDeleteWe are having the same thing happen to us when we travel...it’s like a small explosion when we stop for gas or potty breaks and open up the side doors on the van.
Wow...awesome. That's what we need as well. LOL.
ReplyDeleteI got to meet the Duggars last week! Check out my blog.
